Rules every VideoDate user must follow. Violations lead to immediate, permanent account termination.

VideoDate is an adults-only (18+) video dating service operated by Wasala Technologies Oy. All users verify their identity and age before their first payment or video date. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and enforced with zero tolerance.
Strictly prohibited
Human trafficking and sex trafficking
Any form of human trafficking or sex trafficking, including recruiting, transporting, harbouring, advertising, promoting or facilitating such activity, is prohibited.
Illegal acts
Commercial sexual services, escorting, drug trafficking, weapons sales, money laundering, fraud, extortion, violent crime and any other activity that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction are prohibited.
Impersonation
Impersonating another person, organisation or public authority, and the use of false, stolen or misleading identity information or documents, is prohibited.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM, sexualisation of minors in any form, and any attempt to contact, groom, solicit or involve a minor in the Service are prohibited. Minors may not use VideoDate under any circumstances.
Additional prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Non-consensual sexual content, nudity shown to unwilling participants, or recording another user without consent.
- Sharing other users' personal data, or scraping, harvesting or reselling data from the Service.
- Spam, phishing, romance scams, investment schemes or requests for money from other users.
- Circumventing technical protections, age verification or identity verification.
Reporting a violation
Anyone can report a violation through the contact form on this site by selecting the topic “Report / Abuse”. Reports are reviewed promptly. We remove violating content, terminate the accounts involved and, where the law requires it, report the matter to the competent authorities.
Enforcement
Violations result in immediate and permanent termination of the account, forfeiture of unused credits where allowed by law, and referral to law enforcement in cases involving CSAM, trafficking or other serious crime. See our Law Enforcement Policy for how authorities can contact us.
